Services You bring the problem — we find the fix

Tell us what's slowing you down. We'll build the fix.

We don't sell a product and ask you to bend around it. Bring us the spreadsheet everyone's scared to touch, the form that gets typed in twice, or the report that eats a weekend — and we'll build the software that makes it go away.

Sound familiar?

If any of these are true, we should talk.

You don't need to know what software you want. Most of our conversations start with one of these — and you describing how the work actually gets done today.

  • One person knows how the spreadsheet really works, and everyone dreads the week they're away
  • The business runs on an Access database someone built years ago, and nobody dares change it
  • Paperwork from the field gets typed in again back at the office
  • Customers phone to ask "where's it at?" because there's nowhere to look it up
  • A monthly or annual report means a weekend of copying numbers between files
  • You pay for three subscriptions that each do about 60% of the job
Services

Four ways we help — usually in this order.

Most projects start with the first card and grow from there, one useful piece at a time. Every one is scoped and quoted before any work starts.

Spreadsheet & database rescue

Move off the fragile file and into a proper app your whole team can use at once — with your history coming along.

  • Excel workbooks, old Access databases, paper forms and whiteboards
  • Your existing records imported and checked, not left behind
  • Done in phases, so the business keeps running while it moves
We did this for Contento's Access system

Custom software

The tool your business keeps wishing existed, shaped around how your team already works.

  • Booking boards, job trackers and inventory systems
  • Customer portals, so the phone rings less
  • Phone apps for crews and drivers that keep working with no signal
First release in weeks, not months

Connections & reports

Stop re-keying the same details, and let the paperwork come out of the work you already log.

  • Link the tools you already pay for, or replace the one holding you back
  • Regulatory filings, invoices and month-end reports, generated
  • An owner's view of how the business is doing, always current
Built from records you already keep

Support & hosting

Software that keeps up with the business after launch day — not a handover and a goodbye.

  • Training for your team, on your own work
  • Backups, updates and fixes handled for you
  • Changes as the business grows, scoped and quoted first
Quoted on its own
What to expect

Working with a one-person company, done properly.

Small means you deal with the person writing the code. It also means we're straight with you about what we can take on and when.

Who you talk to
Jordan — the founder, and the one building your software. No account managers, no hand-offs.
The first step
A conversation about the problem, ideally where the work happens. No cost. If software isn't the answer, we'll say so.
The quote
A plain-English write-up of what we'll build, in phases, with a price for each. You see it before any work starts.
While we build
The most useful piece ships first, and you get regular releases with notes written for people, not programmers. Our first build shipped 118 releases between July and October 2026.
Your data
It's yours. Ownership and licensing of the software itself are spelled out in writing in every quote.
Changes
New ideas mid-build are welcome — they're scoped and quoted before they're added. No surprise invoices.
Questions

The things people ask first.

Is my problem too small?
Probably not. Some of the most useful projects are one screen that replaces one spreadsheet. Start small; grow it only if it earns its keep.
Do you only work with yards?
No. Tally happens to be for a container & recycling business, but the pattern — bookings, crews in the field, customers asking for updates, paperwork at the end — shows up in nearly every trade.
Do I have to replace what I use now?
No. Often the right answer is to connect what you already have and build only the missing piece. We'll tell you if an off-the-shelf product already does the job.
What does it cost?
Every project is quoted on its scope, so we can't give a number until we understand the problem. We're founder-led with low overheads, and we price for small businesses, not enterprises.
What should I send you?
A few lines on what your business does and what's slowing it down. The button below opens an email with the questions already in it.
Describe your problem

A few lines is all it takes to start.

Tell us what your business does and what's getting in the way. We'll reply personally, and if custom software is the right answer, you'll get a clear scope and price before anything is built.
